Refund & Subscription Policy

This Refund and Subscription Policy applies to all digital products, mobile apps, and subscription-based services offered by Dead Set Digital, including but not limited to BudgetSnap and future software tools.

By purchasing, downloading, or subscribing to any of our products, you agree to the terms below.


1. One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases of apps, software, templates, or downloads are final and non-refundable unless:

  • The product fails to function as described
  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase with a clear description of the issue

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the issue is due to user error, incompatible devices, or platform limitations outside our control.


2. Subscription Billing (Monthly or Annual)

If you subscribe to one of our digital services (e.g., BudgetSnap Pro or another premium feature):

  • You will be billed automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection)
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your app store or web account dashboard

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time or mid-cycle cancellations.


3. Free Trials and Intro Offers

From time to time, we may offer free trials or discounted intro periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed automatically.

It is your responsibility to manage or cancel trial-based subscriptions before the billing date.


4. App Store Purchases

If you purchased our apps through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all billing and refund requests are managed directly by those platforms.

We cannot issue refunds directly for in-app purchases made through third-party platforms.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We provide tools, not promises. Results from using our apps or services (e.g., budgeting improvement, savings, financial tracking) may vary based on your input, behavior, or usage consistency.

Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with outcomes unless the app fails to perform as described.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes related to billing, subscriptions, or refunds shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
