License Agreement for BudgetSnap (TestFlight)
Effective Date: November 14, 2025
By installing and using the BudgetSnap beta app (“App”), you agree to the terms of this License Agreement, which is a legal agreement between you and Dead Set Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for testing and evaluation purposes only, solely through TestFlight.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
- Sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to others
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law
- Share screenshots, features, or data without written permission
3. Ownership
The App, including all intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Dead Set Digital. No rights are granted beyond this limited testing license.
4. No Data Collection

5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee performance, compatibility, accuracy, or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of this beta software, including data loss or device performance issues.
7. Termination
This license will terminate automatically at the end of the TestFlight beta period or if you violate any terms in this Agreement. We may also revoke your access at any time.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
