End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: November 14, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User” or “you”) and Dead Set Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and governs your use of any software, app, or digital product provided by us — including but not limited to mobile applications like BudgetSnap or custom tools developed by our team.

By installing, accessing, or using any of our software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software strictly in accordance with:

  • This Agreement
  • Any usage rules set by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other platforms

You may not sublicense, resell, distribute, or exploit the software for commercial use without prior written permission.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the software
  • Bypass security features or attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the software in any way that violates applicable law or this Agreement
  • Distribute any part of the app without express permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, and branding within our apps are owned by Dead Set Digital or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. No Data Collection

Unless stated otherwise, our apps do not collect personal data. See the app’s Privacy Policy for full details.

If future versions of the app require data processing, updated terms and disclosures will be provided.

5. Updates and Changes

We may release updates, patches, or new features from time to time. You agree that we’re not obligated to provide support or ongoing maintenance unless specifically agreed.

6. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you breach any part of this Agreement. We may also suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

All software is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that:

  • The app will meet your expectations
  • It will be free of bugs or interruptions
  • Your experience will be flawless across devices or platforms

Use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dead Set Digital will not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injury or device malfunction related to app usage

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the app or software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be brought in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
